Blocking Multiple Accounts

Don''t you hate when people make accounts, to just love it?

I've seen a couple of projects with the same number of views and loves.  (Hard to belive)

Maybe you could make it like a 30 min delay of making another account or just 3 accounts per IP adress

Thanks for the suggestion. But this might not work because what if all the computers of a classroom school were sharing the same IP address or if a teacher was creating accounts for a lot of students for a lot of students?

Well the Listeam are from a school that my Aunt is the principal. They share an account. I dont think theyve made a project yet thow... They found out about Scratch on my blog.
