This is off topic, but how do you make your own font? A link would be helpful.

Well the site I used to make the fonts changed domain name and started charging people I'll try to find you a free one.

I think fontstruct might be ok it's free an you make the fonts online.

Why don't you want to install it? Its not like its going to destroy your computer, if its a virus your anti-virus should pick it up and warn you.

I'd rather not install it, take the image, then uninstall it. What is the point in that? I just want the image file. The creator told me he is away from the computer on which it is on, so I'll be a good boy and wait  big_smile .

Re: Submit your Scratch Mod

I am making a Scratch Mod called Blocktalk, but it isn't finished yet. In fact I just started it...  roll

The forum topic is here and this is the logo: http://i37.tinypic.com/2l9psgi.jpg

Summary: This is taken from the About Blocktalk dialog:

Blocktalk enables you to create classes and instances like the launguage Scratch1.4 and Blocktalk were both programmed in: Smalltalk.

The forum topic is located here:
http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?pid=487973#p487973

Also, include everything after the summary before this.
Thanks!

Scratch 1.4 doesn't allow you to create classes and instances...

Oops! What I meant was that Blocktalk is more like Smalltalk (Which is what Scratch 1.4 and Blocktalk are programmed in) because you can create classes and instances. Better?  hmm

Did you change the original? It reads much better now.

Re: Submit your Scratch Mod

Actually it looks like this now:

Code:

Based on Scratch from the MIT Media Lab, v1.4

Blocktalk enables you to create classes and instances like the launguage that Scratch1.4 and Blocktalk were both programmed in:
Smalltalk.

The Current Developers/Contributers (In order of signing up) are:

>>Jwosty - Programmer

>>ScratchReallyROCKS - Beta Tester
>>meowmeow55 - Beta Tester
>>terminator68 - Beta Tester
>>markyparky56 - Beta Tester

Re: Submit your Scratch Mod

I'm happy to moderate the forums for you as I already do all the emails and forums for Panther  smile

EDIT: If you put the forums on the same site as the rest. I think your "to keep this site clean and tidy" makes no sense because the page that is written on could have the forums on and everything would be easier and just as tidy. (I don't like all the adverts on your other forum either  tongue )

Re: Submit your Scratch Mod

hmm..
i have a mini-objection.
why is jaguar before bingo? just because it has 20 blocks and 4 new categories it doesn't mean i's better...
besides, jaguar isn't even out yet while Bingo has gone through 3 versions.

(by the way, bingo has about 75 new blocks, 2 new categories, 2 main interface changes and countless oter minor ones)

i would say LS97's bingo is probably better and say that it should go above Jaguar lol

my plan is to carve myself out a niche to make my mod more popular when it comes out  wink
