Bluestribute... a suggestion for your "draw a character" idea!

Maybe you could make a bunch of small circles, then tell them to hide when the green flag is clicked. What you do then... when the mouse is down, they appear one at a time, as if drawing a person... and when you're finished... you have a little person! You can then make them move together! Do you think that will work?

Not sure what you mean. here is the idea:

You have a pen (obviously). You draw WHATEVER you want, and click a button or something. Than you go through an entire game with this character you drew. I was thinking of using an array, but it doesn't come out realistic.

I like your enthusiasm though! Awesome!

If you want u can use this http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/deatheater/200662 the object follows the path u make and every time it turns it puts a little marker.  smile

That's what I'm saying... you could use a pen sprite to lay down a bunch of small circles, to put the circles together into the shape of your character, then make them move around in conjunction with eachother!

Actually mine uses a machine that tells when u turn and puts a marker, which saves space and time  smile

So it's like deatheater's line man? Where you have a certain number of points and you make a character that way? Interesting. Like you choose how many at the start and than create and move... I'll have to try that later (I have a few I'm doing now. But trust me, I WILL try it)

I don't wanna be rude, but if you use that idea, can you give me some credit? (Even though it wasn't all my idea)

Oh well, scratch really wasn't made for this (or 3d games or multiplayer scrollers as well).

Okay, I just didn't know if it was my idea or some one else's idea, you don't have to give me credit.  smile
