Hmm. I have a big head, and I'm the smartest kid in my school.
Sorry if that sounded too boastful o_O

I think that it can only be proven scientifically *pulls out scalpel*. Who would like to be my first test subject?

Alright, step into my laboratory.
Why do I have a laboratory when I'm only thirteen?

I think I fell asleep during that.
So, wave, you think Mice are smarter than humans, so that makes you believe smaller brains are smarter somehow? How about trying to justify something with a small brain other than a mouse? This is basically based off of your religion, and from a Mythology.

Note: This post isn't supposed to clash with anyone's religion. It's based on current theories about evolution. I take no offense if you chose not to believe the theories mentioned in the following argument.
Well I'm not sure about this theory, but I do know that in some theories, humans evolved from smart rodents, correct? That should imply that mice and such would have some level of intelligence. As for dolphins, yes they are intelligent enough to save people they don't know. Dolphins use echolocation and even work together to do so. They have a form of communication that isn't extremely primitive. I not sure if and how mice communicate.
Now onto humans, it is a common theory that we evolved from chimpanzees some millions of years ago. According to theories, their brain level stayed the same, but suddenly spiked a few million years ago. The time this occurred correlated with approximately the same time that evidence showed that there was severe climate change. I believe that humans may have evolved to such because of the climate. It is possible that things such as clothes were created during that time period, if you believe the theories.
That having been said, I would assume that the ancestry of dolphins and mice faced a challenge that required brainpower.

Citation needed. And don't give me some link to the Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy, that's just a work of fiction.

It's an attempt at humour, not a Wikipedia entry.

Who said we evolved from smart rodents? They are a different type of group than us. We may have come from the same place, but the roads did not intersect. There are the Slugs, the Insects, and everything else. That's how everything can be classified that's a living organism other than plants.

Mice are pretty smart. There are different kinds of knowledge...

Eh, the size of your brain doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is 42. If you know the number 42, you know the answer to life, the universe and everything. 42 is all you need to live.
Just kidding, but I do find this rather interesting

That's more like survival instincts and not concious thinking. They can also hear and smell better which might explain that.

Theres a difference, Instinct and knowledge. Humans learn from past experiences, I'm not saying that mice and dolphins don't do this, but humans are the dominant species on Planet Earth.
