Oh, sorry to hear that.

What does the virus do? What is it called? Can you remove it?

Don't know, don't know, and don't know.

I have Avast scanning my computer, and it was one of those ones where it disguises itself as a antivirus report when it's actually giving you one.

My Laptop got one while on vacation in Florida. My parents blame Scratch, because I downloaded it on there.

Sigh, I hate it when that happens. Some parents just don't get what to trust and what not to trust online. -_-

It didn't really darken the mood.
It somewhat dimmed it, though.

I know.

I just give misleading titles that could be loopholed and considered on topic to threads so that people view them.

Re: Let's darken the mood.

Is the Anti-Virus ware named Anti-vir? And does it block certain websites?
Cause that's an add-on.

Was it a link from a project? How do you know you have a virus?

RUN: AdAware, windows defender, McAfee and Norton, Lavasoft. See what shows up, hope it gets taken care of.

Because this thing keeps popping up annoying me, and internet explorer turns on for no reason.

My dad may have fixed it, I'm not sure.  hmm

Because I had Avast scanning then my dad looked at it and I found my computer turned off.

My personal preference and it's free if you don't have Pro Edition.
