O.K., is the only way to have a video (not animated) to have costumes? And when I try to, it's really choppy (of course) and only has like 12 costumes for every minute. Do you know how long I need to wait before making a slight move?

I was going to show my hands and do the step, so I would need the info even if I cut out the cube. And I guess I am.

I tried step 1 basically that slow, and it was very choppy, always skipping something. If you look at some of the first projects, one is a video of some guy and a stuffed animal. He used stop motion, should I? I mean it'd be like 500 different costumes
