"New posts" glitches

- When I post in a thread that doesn't have any new posts, it says that there is new posts.
- When I view a thread using "New posts", it doesn't mark it as read.

These glitches get annoying after a while [mod] smile [/mod]

Re: "New posts" glitches

Your posts are counted as new posts to yourself, that's not a glitch.
And what? Can you explain the second problem better? I don't understand what you mean

-When you post in a thread, it will mark it as New Posts since you just made a new post in it.
-Threads aren't marked as read; just as whether they have new posts or not.

Re: "New posts" glitches

There's no way to mark a single thread as read; however, you can mark them all as read  smile  I wish I could mark just one of them, though.

Yeah. I have a tendency to click on threads I've already looked at without realizing it.

I do the same thing! It gets annoying, especially when you accidentally double-post because of it.
