hobbs, could I give out prizes, I could give out some of my amazing sound effects and music or I could go to spriters resource and grab a sprite of choice from the winner and do all the scripting and costume set up for them! hows that for an award!

Wow. That would be great. Digifox is already doing the artwork prizes (some of the best art on Scratch), but you can still do that. Wait a minute! Digifox can make a bunch of those foxes he/she draws, but smaller and with multiple costumes, and you can do all the scripting! What type of animation should we do?

I might win though LOL! ^_^ that would ruin all the prizes maybe I should be the judges for best multiplayer, game, and platformer! the best designers make the toughest judges!

*Blushes* Awww, thanks for the compliment. Okay, I guess I can award people charaters (There not ALL foxes, lol) btw, I'm a boy. Toasty can be the judge for Best tool/engine.

by the way hobbs could you possibly do anything to help me with this game http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=6488 absolutely nobody wants a say in the pounders V3 and which utterly stuns me because I'm allowing peeps to add whatever they want to it! even character designs! but nobody has said anything! maybe you could make something up! pleez!

Yeah, but it takes about 30 min. on paper. One hour on the comp. Plus, I'm better on paper, if I had a scanner I would show them... -_-'

When is this? I am currently making a thought to be impossible (I really hope) game. It actually will be different because of a certain feature of it and lack of feature in Scratch.

how about cleverest game aswell as best game. some games are really complex and should be recognised for programming skill whilst others are simple but addictive and well made.

It seems you all have given a lot of thought to this competition. Offering sound effects, music & artwork as a form of "prizes" is a great way to utilize the materials you create in Scratch as an additional incentive for participants smile
