It's like trying to say a place, but you don't know the name. Like this (example):
"Mom, can we goto the McDonalds on... Umm... Whatchamacallit road?"

yeah lol my freind took an hour trying to convince my english teacher that was true and he won after he broke out the 2000 page dictionary.
