The worst game I have played would probably be football.
Considering no one ever passes to girls.
BUT, I'm assuming that nowadays "game" means "video game" and in that case, I would say Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.

And it's all pixelated so you can't tell what anything is. Those stupid jelly beans, you never know what will happen when you feed one to the blob plus, you only have a limited number of each type of jelly bean. They also just throw you into the game with no explaination at all, you just have to wander around but there's really not much to do.

Recently it would probably Mercury Meltdown for the Wii.
I got bored of it pretty quickly, but I got it for free so it doesn't matter.
Although the worst game I've played ever would probably be this PS1 game I had a few years ago...

Skull Monkeys - I hated that game, although a lot of people seemed to like it x).
