I reread the topic, and you say ever since you heard of it, you've had it? It's all in your head, then. I know a guy who takes pills, but he always reads the side effects, and then he somehow gets them all too. It's a disease in itself.

I've had it since I was born, get it? But it was until now that they realized what it is and that I have it.

It's funny because it's ironic. Aspergers means sitting at the computer all day, and that's what happens when you sit on the computer all day

I mean one of the side effects is sitting around doing nothing. I just used it very specifically

Yeah. It's when you're obsessed with, well, anything. Sometimes it's a number, a certain order to do things, it can really be random. The worst part is, you can't stop it.

That's what I thought. You feel like you absolutely have to do certain things, like wash your hands.

I have medium "clean" OCD. If anyone's watched a TV show called "Monk", you know what I'm talking about.

That is true.
It doesn't matter what it is, a legit computer, DS, tv, iPod, phone, whatever it is. I usually just have to use it.

I think that iCode thought that you said ODD, not OCD. ODD is a different disorder.

I said OCD, not ODD.

Oppositional Defiant Disorder

ODD is a psychiatric disorder that is characterized by two different sets of problems. These are aggressiveness and a tendency to purposefully bother and irritate others. It is often the reason that people seek treatment. When ODD is present with ADHD, depression, tourette's, anxiety disorders, or other neuropsychiatric disorders, it makes life with that child far more difficult. For Example, ADHD plus ODD is much worse than ADHD alone, often enough to make people seek treatment. The criteria for ODD are:

A pattern of negativistic, hostile, and defiant behavior lasting at least six months during which four or more of the following are present:

1. Often loses temper

2. often argues with adults

3. often actively defies or refuses to comply with adults' requests or rules

4. often deliberately annoys people

5. often blames others for his or her mistakes or misbehavior

6. is often touchy or easily annoyed by others

7. is often angry and resentful

8. is often spiteful and vindictive

The disturbance in behavior causes clinically significant impairment in social, academic, or occupational functioning
