I've installed EyeOS 2.1.3 on localhost using a server called WAMPSERVER 2.0. Lucky it came with PHP, Apache, and MySQL tongue
It's slow though Dx
I had to enable some options and extensions. Created a database called eyeos2, deleted \eyeOS\.htaccess, and deleted \eyeOS\install\. tongue
Personally, I like 1.9.0.1 better than 2.1.3. I'll try that sometime...

There are parts of the site that weren't there before. The link that I posted lets you try 1.9.0.1 or 2.1.3 on their server.
Try both 1.9.0.1 and 2.1.3. You might like 1.9.0.1 better... hmm
