importing sprites

I can't get any sprites from the scratch folder except the cat.

Hi, PrettyKitty.

Are you clicking on the button with the folder (the tooltip for this button says "Choose an image for a new sprite")? If so, then try clicking on the "Costumes" shortcut button on the left side of the dialog box, then double-click on the folders ("Animals", "Fantasy", etc) to see a bunch of costumes that you can import. Does that help?
