It's a tl:dr on the internet, but if you legally read it in either Beedle The Bard or Deathly Hallows, it's short really.

Yup. But I don't think it makes a difference whether Harry and Voldemort were related or not; Voldemort was evil, so Harry killed him. Besides, Voldemort also tried to kill Harry. A lot.
