LOL idk what you're talking about. Shanaynay is an amazingly hilarious name.
I called one of my friends Shanaynay all last year, and no teachers ever said anything.

I think it's a character from Shane Dawson. ChickenBobRox is obsessed with him.

In that case, I don't understand why someone would find the word inappropriate if it's just a name. (Unless it's a name deliberately made to sound like otherwise unacceptable language, but it doesn't)

Just a word she wants to know is inappropriate or not.

I think PW132 was responding to the guy that said he knows kids that worship a llama named Shanaynay.

I don't get what's wrong with Shanaynay.
Is it offensive in some way?
I haven't even seen anyone call it inapropriate lol

No, but ChickenBobRox didn't really tell us much else, so it is hard to say. the only thing I can think of is it is a Shane Dawson character, but that wouldn't be considered inappropriate.

I don't think it's that bad. But if you're unsure about it, it's best not to use it. That is my rule of thumb

My rule of thumb is if you think it's inappropriate, look it up on http://urbandictionary.com

You don't know because it DOESN'T mean anything bad.
I Urban Dictionary'd it. (Don't look up that sight, kids)
It didn't say anything THAT bad.

Okay I think I see what you're getting at.

Google tells me that:
"Shanaynay is a fictional character in the hit web show Shane Dawson TV"
A bit more research tells me that the Shanaynay character is a bit vulgar which might be why people consider the topic "inappropriate".
Since we don't want a lot of people doing further research into possibly inappropriate topics, I'll close this
