Flash Question
I am going to get flex, as it is free, but the SDK alone can't make games, can it?
What do you use (that's free) to develop flash games?

Do they allow most people in?
And does it make watermarks?
And does it export to .swf?
And does it lat you program non-block flash for some parts?

No. I don't really look around. Panther, scratch and stencyl give me everything I need.

I'm trying to learn HTML 5 to make an app to put on openappmkt instad of having to learn c and pay apple $100 to make an iPhone app. Can you give me any tips?

Yep. There web apps. If you have an iPod touch I would reccommend trying it.
