Ok. Here we go.
Go to the downloads section of my site.

To uninstall use the add/remove programs feature under control panel
My site Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.

Maybe you got given an IP adress of a banned IP?

No, then I wouldn't be able to access the sites. I just go to log in and enter my info, then it doesn't say I'm online or anything

It does record them if you're logged in.
It shows it on the top of the page.
