Secret Project
This is my first forum. I'm working on a secret project,but due to its size,I can only work for about 30 minutes. It's over 16,000 KB or 4 MB. So I will finsh it in about 4 months to a year. 
FWI for all,I don't get on much anymore.

Yes,but I was messing around by not working on it for a couple weeks. The text kept on fading after a while like this: <move( )steps> .

IT'S HUGE! My project is over 16,000 KB to confirm, and the MAX size for a scratch project to be uploadable 10 MB! 
Compare
1000 KB=1 MB
16,000 KB=16 MB

Hmm... you could try compressing some sprites and sounds, by going to the "Edit" menu, and choosing to compress sprites or sounds. If you have a lot of sounds, you could try removing some that aren't totally needed to play the project That might work.

Most big projects are down to giant pieces of music.
Try cutting it down to small loops around 20 seconds at max.

Okay...That might work! I got four songs (Eye of the tiger,I'm Blue,One of my songs and ivaz replay),so if I were to compress them...Thanks everyone!
NOTE: I have more sprites than anything else.

Appearently the music was already compress to Quaility Lowest. I set the compress size of JPEG to 36,but it only compressed 6 images and the size in still 16,291!

Whoops, Compressed and by Compress size I mean how small to compress the JPEGs.
