That is true. Every Thing you do(make) has an automatic copyright that copyright is the © one. The copyright with the r in the circle means it has been registered.

Bewarned. The © can make it hard to prove that you were the first person to make the stuff. It's best to put a water mark on and do something which can make it easy to tell when it was made. Like post a copy to yourself with a time stamp on it.

What if I post it as a scratch project? Thse are automatically dated, right?

Then I mass produce your comics and at the very end, on a black background, in dark blue letters, I write "Credit to samurai768"
Bulletproof.
Nah, I wouldn't do that. Printing comics costs a lot of money

.U.

I just finished the second page, there will be around 15 pages at first, then when I import it to the computer there will be more pages. It will be maybe 2 weeks before I get it done, so it's not too long of a wait. The character I'm drawing isn't too hard to draw. I hope when I die (after I become famous of course) they don't turn my character into some stupid educational 4 year old show xD

If you get into comics, could you join me and my friend's comics website and maybe upload some? Here is the link.

Oh I see. In that case, could you post an extremely vague summary of the first chapter? I don't really want any spoilers but I'm not really following that line you're repeating, and I can't stand the anticipation.

Okay.

(It sounds really stupid BTW)

A toliet paper roll (in this world, they're secretly alive like in toy story where the toys are alive) finds a cape that got super powers by being shocked by lightning. He hears on the news that a gigantic robotic roach is attacking the city. He goes to defeat it and uses soap and water to defeat it. then he finds out who was manning the roach... a comical but seriously diabotical man who you'll have to read the story to find out about.

Yeah... I'm a weird person. But trust me, it'll be good. There's more to the story then that, BTW. It's just that if I tell you more the entire story would be spoiled.

No cool story bros? xD

It's gonna be like a comic book with many issues. Before I release it I'll probably just make like 4 then release them slowly, like once a week. Then I'll have time to make more than 1 a month  smile  That's how most professional companies do it anyways xD

Good luck has always scared me, BTW. It's like sending off a friend into a terrorist territory to save the world, then go jet to get ice cream. "Good Luck!"

I'm going to run it through manga studio and scan it first  tongue  It might be a while, though. But, inking only takes like, 3 days. Unless you have a really complicated comic. Then maybe a week.

Coloring will take up to 4 or 5 days. Not too shabby for a cool comic  smile

Each? Are you manually colouring it with pencil crayons, or using a program like pain.net?

If it's multiple pages, you can put them in a gallery all their own and title the gallery whatever the title of the comic is. Then name each page "Page 1", "Page 2", etc.
