Add to Costume
Add [costume] to [costume] at [X pos] by [Y pos] would add a costume from the sprite on which it is being used to the x position and y position specified. Basically, it would be a stamp feature that could be used on a sprite, and could move, etc. The x and y position would be relative to the image editor. Along with the Add to [costume] at [x pos] by [y pos], there would be an Add [costume] to [costume]. What's the difference? This time, the position that the costume would be stamped on would be relative to the current position of the sprite on the stage.
Of course, Add to Costume would be useless without a Delete [all/first/last/position] similar to the delete block used in lists.
What do you think? This could be useful in 'coloring books', level editors, and word processors, while also adding a simple sort of tile based function to Scratch.

Nice idea! But the Scratch programmers can't just create a block out of thin air. I am a supporter though

Thanks . You mean it would require a lot of work? I realize that, but I think the Scratch community could benefit a lot from this
