yeah so i go on the forums and instead of like the normal blue its all black and white.
Is anyone having the same problem?

I only had that on my DSi... but... maybe your screen is old fashion or busted? :\

Nahhh my screen isnt busted becuase it is normal on any other website. It is strictly just the scratch forums. Nothing else.
