Jessi (last name I forget) is an 11 year old who made a Youtube account. She made several videos with excessive cursing and acting all tough and threatening others. 4chan took interest in this, and people found out where she lived and her phone number. 4chan members sent large amounts of Pizza to her place, prank called, made death threats, etc.

She eventually made a video where she stated that she was very sad about this and cried heavily throughout the video. Her dad came in and said "You dun goofed you pranksters! I've backtraced you! I know who's doing it! I'll get der cyberpolice to block ya!" It spawned several remixes and has since then become a meme.

This is a perfect example of how /b/ can mess up your life.
