Change the color of the text on blocks

Is there any simple way to change the color of the text on blocks? Even better, is there a way to change the color of the text on only a few blocks? Thanks!

Re: Change the color of the text on blocks

Turn the fill screen off in the usual way. Then, alt-click on the text on a block until it says "String" beneath in pink letters, and shows the halo of options. Select the red circle ("menu for me"), and select change colour.

If you're more of an audio/visual learner, I made a tutorial a while ago on this: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Wolfie1996/972636

Can you change it permanently with this?

Re: Change the color of the text on blocks

You can, by shift-clicking the middle of the R and selecting 'turn fill screen off', "then find the block you want the text to change color on, then you middle-click or alt-click the block untill the 'String' is selected, then when the halo comes up, you click the red button 'menu for me'. An menu should then come up. Then click 'change color' then pick the color you want, then go off the menu" , repeat for the other blocks you want to change text on, what you repeat is covered with "".
