I actually got 105 pages when I came back. If I made my pages only have 10 topics each, it would've been more than 700 pages.

After I came back a few months ago, when I was banned in September 2009, when I pressed the show new topics button, my browser crashed, and I got logged out, even with 75 topics per page

Why would the 75 pages per topic make you think it would crash less? There was more content on the page than with only 10 pages per topic. But that must've been a lot of pages still.

Yeah, that probably was why it crashed.
75 pages per topic? I think you mean 75 topics per page
But I meant that there were enough pages to crash, even with every page holding 75. If my topics per page was set to 10, I would have 7.5x more pages, and that wouldn't help

Yeah that was my mistake I wasn't paying attention.
But my pages load faster with 25 topics rather than 75 because there's less to load. A few numbers at the top wouldn't really change anything (besides, it would alway be 1 2 3 4.... Last Number).
