copyrights

I've seen people download top-loved progects, and share them again on their accounts without changing anything. What should me do?

Unfortunately, this is allowed. It is people remixing projects without changing anything. This happens alto, and nobody likes people that do this. I don't think you can do anything but ignore these people.
