This is a scratch fourm for users 6-13

This is a fourm where basiclly kids are only allowed
rules
1:No cussing/or not apporopiate things (what were u expecting)
2:No personal info (like your address,Phone No.,etc.)
3:No people older than 13
4: no acting like your younger
5:no being mean
6:HAVE FUN

What is a forum for users 6-13? The Scratch Forums? You know adults are on it. Since when is 'nobody over 13' allowed on it? Know your rules before you tell everyone they are true.
