i tryed and it wont even connect to the scratch site is that a problem with the internet because the internet is working fine everywhere else...

when i try doing number one it hangs... Someone needs to do something about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you sure about that file size? Make sure it's under 10 MB then try restarting Scratch, and if that still doesn't work, try restarting your computer.

Yes, i have already checked. I mean kb, not mb.

Maybe you have security software that's affecting it? 

It could be, but i still believe it's a problem with the server.

If another computer doesn't work, I'd suggest trying a whole other network. If your school has Scratch installed on their computers, or the library, or your friend's house, just put your project on a memory key and upload it from there.

No, you don't need to download Scratch again. You should be fine.

Yep! As soon as you upload your first project, it'll recognize that and stop displaying that message.
