Simple. I wanted the name "cheddar", but "cheddar" was already taken, so I tacked "girl" at the end and came up with "cheddargirl". tongue

I was in grade 6 at the time, and we had a class website. This website was located in a folder on a domain called "coolstuff," so the URL was http://imnottellingyouthispart.com/coolstuff - not because I thought I would have made cool stuff.

If I hadn't been obsessed with that website, I probably would have chosen a better username tongue I had made accounts before this (in June 2007!) but I had forgotten what they were - so really, I'm an '07er!

While I do love cheese, that's actually not the reason. My real name is often time mispronounced, and someone noted that my name sounds like "cheddar" when it is mispronounced with a New York accent, and so she started calling me"cheddar". Needless to say, "cheddar" stuck with me for 8 years. lol
