new suggestions location glitching
I'm using windows internet explorer 8 on windows xp. It says I have all 10 votes, even though I used at least 4 used. Then, when I tried to vote again, It opens a new window that looks like the top of the page but it doesn't scroll.

Are you sure you've been entering it from http://info.scratch.mit.edu/Suggestions? The Suggestions page isn't strictly part of the Scratch website - to log in, either enter from the site I mentioned above, vote on something and it'll refresh the page and log you in, or click the "log in" button. All the log-ins are automatic 
The "log in" button may open a new window for a few seconds, though... It's all very confusing
