I have an idea where you could be able for making scratch projects you can put in say red (34) green (97) and blue (67) or maby the Hue Saturation and Brightness.

A hex color system would defenitly be good. School bus yellow red 255 green 216 and blue 0.

This would be very nice. I get really annoyed when i go to use a custom color and then accidentaly click another color. any way, i'll vote for it! vote for mine too if you want!
