I found a Scratch game that has been stealing sprites from a now-closed archive.
What I do wif it?

I forgot to say a few things:
The sprites would be fine and dandy if the game maker gave credit to the spriters, but he hasn't.
The game maker has been notified twice about the theft, and has not responded.

Where are they stolen off?
Scratch project - Fine as long as he doesn't claim that he made them.
Free images from internet - Fine, you don't need to give credit for google images
Copyright images - Not unless he got permission

Oh, also, you are right, they should give credit. It clearly says so in the TOU:

Give credit. Feel free to make modified versions of other people's projects - just make sure to give them credit. One place to give credit is in your Project Notes.

I believe they may be copyrighted, but they may not. All I know for sure is that the archive they were stolen from was closed down due to sprite theft.
