looking around the forums (i just heard about them) i see each scratcher's... um... well you see if they are community moderator, scratch team and plain old scratcher. i was also thinking that i am pretty nice on scratch (DON'T BE SO SELF-CENTERED CHIPGUY mad ) so if that isn't the reason, what is

Well, the last ones happened in May, so they'll be around September. Of course, there's no guarantee that one will happen; if the moderators are all doing great there might be no need for one!

I'd like to run but my regular house's IP address was banned thanks to my brother's shananagins. I'm going to email Scratch though and get back on. Then maybe I'll run.

As far as I know, there's no rule about the number of posts you need; however, it could be useful to have more posts to establish your presence as a helpful Scratcher.

Hmm... well, the youngest current mod is 12 (I think), but I think most mods are about 14 (not me though... I'm still 13 big_smile ) I guess it's mostly based on the reports you make, how friendly you are to others (most of the time - everyone's allowed to make a mistake now and then) and if you try to help people much smile

I don't think post count matters too much - I had 850 posts when I became a mod, but, with moderating, I've gained a lot more. It's probably more based on the length of time you have spent on Scratch - your account must be at least 6 months old, and you have to have been active for quite a while of that time smile

Oh, and "flaming" is getting into big arguments with others smile
