Windows doesn't let you use SVGs as Wallpapers, so open the SVG in GIMP and tell it how big to be, then export it to a JPEG.

Nice! All it needs is some softening on the edges of the clouds to match the rest of the picture.

The edges of the clouds are a bit "hard" on all of them, but it's more noticeable on the larger one.  hmm

It doesn't? Can't you stretch it? OR else, tell me your resolution. Not the size.  smile

svg = scalable vector graphics.

They're pictures that can be resized or reshaped and not get the slightest bit pixelated.
