To explain tiers to you:
Ubers - Pokemon considered too powerful to be used in standard play. These are usually restricted, and consist mostly of legendaries such as Groudon or Mewtwo.
OU - Overused Pokemon. These are Pokemon considered to be highly useful in competitive play, but not too powerful as to be banworthy. They are generally the most used Pokemon.
UU - Underused Pokemon. These are Pokemon which are still competitively viable, but are generally not used as much as OU Pokemon due to being slightly weaker, in terms of stats and movepools.
NU - Never used Pokemon. These Pokemon are rubbish and stand no chance in a competitive battle. Don't even bother using one.

I didn't cheat. I trained all those pokes level by loevel up to 100. It was a long and hard process. I wouldn't be talking, Mr. POut-all-this-dude's-pokemon-to-sleep-and-kill-them.
