I want an animated logo, but don't have the software to make one. Will somebody please make one for me?

are you talking about the little icon that shows up next to your user name when you comment on other's projects? If so, you can simple google .gif images or something to that effect. .gifs are animated icons that you can save in your pictures (right click the one you want and click "save as") and then set as your icon. I don't know how to make them though. I hope this helps
