(Message not understood: bit shift:)

I was trying to download this project (a future Prism Productions project), but could not do so. When I opened it in Scratch I got this error:

Code:

Could not read project; file may be damage: (Message not understood: bit shift:)

I know for a fact that this has nothing to do with either my Scratch image or Lucario621's (the creator of this project), because I traded mine and had the same results. I have asked other users to download this project to see if they were given an error, and some got it, and others were able to run the project perfectly.

I also know for a fact that this has nothing to do with Scratch mods, because I received the same error trying to run this project in Scratch, BYOB3, and Panther.

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit edition, and have never received this error with any other project.

Does anyone know what "bit shift:" means, or how this problem can be resolved? Thanks!

Re: (Message not understood: bit shift:)

I have exactly the same error when trying to open one of my projects.
The strange thing is it works half the time on my computer, but never at my schools computer.

Do any source code hackers know what bitshift: is?

That's a very strange glitch! I'm afraid I have no idea what it does, but have you tried shift-clicking the "r," turning fill screen off, and then saving the image for the end-user? It might help.

Re: (Message not understood: bit shift:)

Try putting the file in a ZIP file and/or putting it on a different server (e.g. drop.io), it is possible that some bytes are being modified by your server. If that does not work then I am afraid it might be a problem with your Scratch mod for which I have no idea how to fix.

We're almost positive it isn't a problem with Scratch mods, because of the reason given in the first post.

Your suggestion might help. Thanks!

Hmm. I'll try the drop.io one.

And we're not working with any Scratch mods right now  tongue . I think you're assuming a little to much :3.

Uploading it to Drop .io worked! Thanks Andres!
