Shift Click on File
One time I Shift-Clicked on file, and two new options popped up.

And the Shift-Clicked version.
Could someone tell me what those new options are?

A project summery is saved to a folder that you specify, and you can open it in a text-editor such as Notepad. It can tell you things such as the number of scripts and sprites in the project, the person who uploaded the project, what day it was saved, and a few other things. 
It can be useful for finding the specific day that you (or someone else) uploaded a specific project - for example, if you know that you uploaded a project on the day you joined Scratch, but can't remember what day that was, you can use the project summary to find out that
