So - if I'm understanding you correctly, this topic is to *prevent* the use of dirty pictures?
I'm not sure I'm fully understanding you, but I don't think Scratch has much of an issue - it's pretty much understood that if you find something inappropriate on this website, you report them to the Scratch Team 
Very rarely are inappropriate images posted on the website, and if they are, they're cleaned up as quickly as possible.

Yes, coolstuff is right. I hate the idea of inappropriate media/language on Scratch. But lots of users know to report bad things, so the best we can do now is continue what we're doing.
