Well, like BYOB, I think scratch would be so much cooler if you could "Compile" the project, saving it as a .exe file, that will open, filling the screen but without the green and red buttons(like BYOB). Before the project is saved as an application a menu screen should come up offering you the option to customise the name(DUH) and the image that will serve as its icon.
I also support the idea of online multiplayer, making a two player game on actually easy but it would be so cooler if you could create online games.
Scratch should also, for more advanced scratchers, have the programms to create 3D games easily, without having to paint hundreds of different costumes.
Also, I like saying also but Scratch needs to be able to create 4 way scroller easily, like the 3D, unless you put a lot of time into your project you simply can not create these things!
Hope this does not fall on deaf ears, I NEED CHANGE! :]

Great ideas here! I definitely want all these features implemented, but I think the major setback is that it's just a bit too complicated for new users to understand.

Great idea here - I definitely support this one. Unlike some of the other suggestions I've heard, if this is simple and easy to understand, I see no reason why it shouldn't be implemented, other than the fact that Scratch really isn't practical in the sense of creating full-fledged applications. Still, I support

This is actually already possible for now with a hidden feature of Scratch called "Mesh" - but it won't work online. The main reason it was made hidden was because it was incredibly difficult for people to understand - and as Scratch is meant to be easy to learn for all ages, I don't think that will change unless they manage to come up with an insanely easy solution to that.
(You can learn more about Mesh here.)

This has been suggested before - it's section 7 of the Suggestions that have been resolved already thread. Essentially, it won't be happening just because it would be pretty hard to use - newer users wouldn't understand. Additionally, how would it work? The current system of drawing sprites would no longer work with 3D sprites - and combine those two points with the fact that it takes a lot of time and energy that the Scratch Team doesn't have to create something like this, and I don't think it'll ever be implemented.
Also, I like saying also but Scratch needs to be able to create 4 way scroller easily, like the 3D, unless you put a lot of time into your project you simply can not create these things!
That may be a little bit too specific for Scratch - the program is meant to be open to all kinds of projects without offering some sort of a biased advantage to one. Also, like with 3D, how would it work? It's not terribly hard to create a four-way scroller at the moment, too - it takes very short script.
In conclusion, these are all some pretty great ideas, but they just won't be implemented for the reasons I mentioned. Granted, I've been wrong in the past, but I'm almost 100% certain about this.

Thanks for the support, I have made a sort of 4 way scroller(http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Thomas96/1206903) but it still needs attention.
If proper applications, 3D and 4 way scrollers are too complicated for Scratch now, I think like Game Maker, it should have an "easy version" for creating "My firt level" and all that rubbish and an advanced version for making real games!
The thing I want the most out of all of that is too save them as applications like BYOB, just without it looking like a Scratch fullscreen window!

I actually suggested that there be two separate versions of Scratch here, but Fullmoon brought up some good points that it would be a pretty remarkable trade-off which would split the community up.

That's an idea that's been suggested time and time again... I support, though it might take some work that could be better spent elsewhere.
