Well, actually, technically we were going to build upon a completed game that a user just wanted to improve. I would allow bases as long as it's obvious it's not a game in itself.

There's no real difference! by changing this rule, illusionist gives a chance to still compete, even though losing 50 points will likeley put them out of the competition. If he didn't add this, they couldn't compete anyways!

2. This terms of Use thing - Hahahahahaha. You just got something against my team! You might think we're the only ones who break this rule, but we're not! Look at Iamrpk! Team America! This is what they did:

- impersonating another member: By the terms of use, a mod can ban you for that, and for the rest of your team, a 30 point penalty

I think you just have something against New Scratchers! You're discriminating against us! IN THE BEGINNING, THE SCRATCH OLYMPICS WAS MADE TO BE ANTI-NEW SCRATCH USERS. It was planned entirely in the Miscellaneous Section, when the organizer was a Moderator, AND THEREFORE SOMEONE WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE LIMITATIONS OF NEW SCRATCHERS. I pleaded my case to that, and acquired a few new rights for my Minority. That's right, I said Minority! Because that's DARN WELL HOW I FEEL. Now you're targetting my team, which is mainly compromised (about 50%) of New Scratchers. Did you see any other New Scratchers in the competition? Probably not! What other reason have you for unfairly targetting my team? Please explain if you're not against us! We deserve to know the truth. And yes, you ARE INFACT AGAINST MY TEAM. The ToU Rule was specifically made for my team, because one of the members got banned. BUT THE RULE WAS ADDED AFTER THE EVENT. IF IT WAS ADDED BEFORE, WE WOULD'VE GRACIOUSLY TAKEN THE 50 POINT REDUCTION. WILL IT HAVE AFFECTED OUR CHANCES IN THE OLYMPICS? SURE IT WOULD. and if you'll notice, he also moved it to collaboration. technoman couldn't move it. he wasn't a mod. in the imprk case, he generously asked for himself to be disqualified in order to save his team from a penalty. I think it should work this way, but this already happened.
