What is wrong?

On every page not including the forums you can see the code at the bottom of the page. There are no pictures. And all projects are flagged? Is this happening because of the forum upgrade? Or is it just a normal problem?

Your at hanxu.scratch.mit.edu. Go to the link away from hanxu in the show and tell topic to get back to normal
