What if you could also collapse specific C blocks within a script? For example if you had a "Forever If..." C block, you could collapse it so you would see the boolean, but not the scripts inside. It would be a great way to help large 1s1s projects easier to edit.
That's a great idea Harakou! I support too!

Um, I don't think forever blocks have booleans...

Oh I can't believe I missed that!
But the booleans would be there for other blocks like "if" and "forever if..." Sorry about that!

The Forever block doesn't have a boolean. But here's my idea for what a c block with a boolean would look like:

Hi, modders
two years ago I experimented with collapsable scripts. Please feel free to canibalize my collapsable scripts changeset and my readme. How do you install it into Scratch?

I support all the ideas in this thread!

Should be self-explanatory.
That's a great mockup! The only thing I can see is that there's very little contrast between the label and the background so I find it quite difficult to see, but that'd be very simple to fix. I support that idea too!

Thanks!
Now, I am too lazy to fix it, because you can still see the text. The real color will be easier to read, most likely.

I thought it'd look better if the label was a color that was more representative of what it should do.

Yeah, but I think It should be kept simple.

Maybe you'd be able to change the colour of the label, like in Mac OS? Ever used that feature? It's pretty cool - it makes your files look a bit like this:
Maybe that would be taking the labeling feature a bit far, but it'd be pretty handy!

I think that's a great idea! Maybe it would give it a color automatically for more distinction?

Sounds like a pretty good idea
I'm super-excited about this feature, but I doubt it will be implemented
