"Move [] Steps" Vertical?

Is there anyway to move a certain amount of steps upwards/ downwards except for the change y option.

Yes. Go to the direction thing in the corner, and choose the left to right arrow, then make the  blue line vertical. Then do the move 10 steps and it will move 10 steps up and down
