BIG QUESTION ABOUT SCRATCH

Can I save  game made with Scratch on USB Stick so that I can give it to my friends.

Yes, you can. When inside of Scratch, go to save as, and select the folder called "Computer" on the left. Select the drive your USB stick is in and save the file like normal. To open the file on someone else's computer, they need to have Scratch installed.
