A Normal Saturday - my first animation in a looong while :P

I made this for ICT class - it's a simple animation (with a little interactivity  big_smile ) about two characters who go to the park to play football.

It's a short animation (our task was to create something of an animated short), with sound effects, plenty of 'em. It would have been longer, but I focused on the quality, not the quantity. Oh, and I spent a whole lesson just drawing the sprites... I normally draw with a tablet, so the school computer's mouse took some getting used to.

And so did Scratch 1.3... my school only has 1.3, so I couldn't do some things, such as using a list to change the main characters' names each time, using the join function... Which I wanted to do for the fun of it  tongue

The project is here

Opinions?

And I thought it was gonna be a Chupacabra?? Nice work! Great cuts, timing, all around! My only suggestion would be when the guys are at the bottom and walking to school, make them bob up and down a little. Great job!

aka Pain from DragonSpires, Delrith Online, BotBattle, Urban Dead etc etc lol

That was a pretty good project - well done! It was quite random, however, though judging by your project notes that was how you meant it  tongue

I agree with Locomule; bobbing the people up and down would really make their walking more realistic  big_smile

Thanks, both of you  smile  I might reupload the original to a different account, and add the movement to the one on my main account  big_smile

That was really good art. I probably wouldn't be able to draw that quality of art ever.
