I have a question about uploading things
If I were to draw a picture in paint, would I be able to upload it on here?

Yes, but save it as a PNG file.

You sure could! You don't really need to save it as a PNG - Scratch can import a fair variety of images. I would stray away from saving it as a BMP, though.
When you've saved it as your non-BMP file, just import it into Scratch and upload it to the website - it's that easy!
