So.. I'm 24th. Thought it would be much lower than that. Not really a big leap from 4 months ago on everybody's part. I suppose I'll claim the number one spot in a month.
My only targets are still Blade-Edge, Bluestribute and Floatingmagictree. The rest, I won't even bother with, I'll pass them soon enough anyways.

Actually I've been joined for about 6 and a half months. I used to average a count of 65 posts per day. If 1 month is 30 days, that means I've been joined for 195 days. To make the math easier, I'll just say 200. If I were to post at a rate of 65 posts per day, and I didn't leave Scratch at all, then that means my post count wouldn't been well into the 13,000's by now. That's almost double what the current top posters have.

I consider Miscellaneous a chatroom (well, it is tongue ), and the Scratch Forums wasn't meant for chatting... I'd rather spend my posts on Scratch-related things.

Project Ideas is for posting the ideas you have or what you're going to use the Scratch Program for. If you seek for inspiration in here, it's like copying other people. I'm not saying it necessarily is, but that's what I think. Miscellaneous could also be used for Inspiration as well.

Besides, you're acting like part of you is slowly dying away each time you post in the Miscellaneous section. If Miscellaneous is truly just a chatroom, just start a petition or boycott against the forum and we can work together to get rid of the Miscellaneous Forum. Or at least have it moved off into a segregated forum like the TBG was. I don't see why the moderators and Scratch Team wouldn't fully support you if all Miscellaneous is is just an off topic chatroom that's unneeded.
