I'm not a mod(I'd love to be one smile ), but here is my opinion:

The online dating part - I'd say not on the forums, thats kinda weird, for a Scratch forum...just Instant Message or E-Mail for that.

Telling someone you like them - Why certainly, but in person or on the phone makes it so much more meaningful smile smile

Um, I don't think Scratch is a dating site xD I'd use a dating site for that xD Or, if you're a roleplayer, there can be relationships in some RPGs...

As the other two posters have said, there really isn't any dating on Scratch. But I supppose, if you wanted to, you could tell someone that you like them.

Actually I don't know directions so she usually did the driving and navigating herself when we were driving. (Also I'm somewhat afraid of driving cars myself because I've crashed 3 times this year already)
