What if a user tries to say something bad and when they post it like maybe 10-15 people already see it.We can prevent that by an auto-ban.As they click reply/comment a bot type thing checks if it is appropriate if not gives that user a 24 hour ban.Unless the crime is bad enough for a longer ban

An automatic banning system might not work perfectly, since if it makes a mistake, that's a Scratcher banned for 24 hours.
There is however filters already that catch most words in project notes, comments and forum posts though, but sometime people find ways around it or the words don't get picked up. If this happens, the best thing to do is report it (or delete it if it happens to be a comment on your project/gallery) and hopefully it should be dealt with by a moderator or a member of the Scratch Team and the Scratcher may be banned/suspend etc: .
But it's pretty much impossible to set up a filter that checks projects themselves. In this case - report.

I don't like this. I've already been banned by mistake, if there was a whole system added, many people could complain.
Besides, "skyscrapers" has been considered inappropriate by a filter already, imagine what would happen if there was a 24-hour ban system...
