It will let you post comments even when they are locked or link Link.

I just tried this on one of my own projects. Turns out, If you disable the commenting and attempt to post without refreshing the page, the comment goes through.

But after that, you get a pop-up stating "invalid action - this project has been locked by it's author" smile

Edit: And if you log in from a different account, the comments box isn't there at all.

Looks like a small bug - but if you can't post comments anyways, I don't think it's really all that much of an issue smile
